DOT Physical Exam

If you plan on working for the Department of Transportation, they will require you to have a physical exam before you can begin work. The exam will check vision, hearing, blood pressure etc.Mr. Warren Cave, an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner at Brashear Family Medical, is a registered medical examiner on the federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and qualified to perform DOT physical exams.

Pre – Employment Exam

Many employers will require that new-hires undergo a physical exam before they can start work. These exams are non-invasive and may include vision and hearing tests as well as strength and stamina if the job requires any physical exertion

Drug Screens

A drug test is quick and painless. It tests your urine for the presence of certain illegal drugs and prescription medications. The urine drug test usually screens for alcohol, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, marijuana, cocaine, and opioids (narcotics).
